"I like Kirtland Vet Hospital but my on the phone experiances have overall been negative. I always have to hold (which I dont mind but figured I should add for your information), but the staff is usally very short, condasending, and borderline rude. When I called asking about some inforamtion regarding medicaitons/questions for my pets I am always made to feel like an inconvenance. There have been some positive experiances, but overall negaitve to the point I have asked around about other clinic to avoid having to call Kirtland. In person, most staff has been very pleasent. I understand a lot of my pets are young but I wish the exams were a little more through and talked through. The atmosphore inside is very clean and vet techs have always been very nice and conversational. "

"I am very patient and I can understand that I might have to wait at medical appointments. Most of the time my husband and I both bring the pet(s) in. There needs to be a second seat in the exam room. Only one person fits on the bench. Yesterday I had to stand at least a half hour. I finally left the exam room and went to the lobby to wait for our appointment. I have a bad knee and it was very painful to stand, and my husband has his own problems. I am very appreciative of the hours at your clinic. I was a client of a solo practice and did I worry if my pets were sick and I knew a vacation was coming up for the vet. At this practice I know there is back-up. I appreciate the patience and attention Dr Sawyers provides to my dog and cats. "

I haven't met the docs yet as all I've done was drop off a sample to be tested, but I got a call back the same day with results which was fast! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very comfortable and confident with my dogs with this vet. "
