" The staff, Brittany and Karen are great. They are well trained to care for my two full sized German Shepherds of over 100 pounds each, and they were made comfortable while visiting the vets office. Jay, Dr Hellmann, has never met a stranger in his life, after five minutes, I felt I've known him for years! He cares for the dogs as if they were his own and stresses that we're all family when it comes to their care. He does a great job of explaining about the different medications, both the pros and cons, and involved me in the decision of what to use. I believe he has over 30 years in his vocation and the information flows without haste or hesitancy . My dog was given a grim prognosis and although it is still not the best- I have the tools and medications to help her thrive, be comfortable, and ultimately extend her life.
